I called Service Master in Stoney creek for a problem with a water leak causing mold in a piece of drywall in my kitchen. They sent Chistopher Ward and another person to look at it. Mr. Ward their Project Manager said he would give me a quote later that day, he didn't call so I waited until the next day and called again said he had a family emergency. He left his book so I told him where it was. Anyway long story short I called and Talked to him 3 more times each with a promise to get me a quote. It's been 3 weeks and still no quote. I'm very disappointed with all the promises, if they didn't want the job CHISTOPHER WARD PORJECT MANAGER can't be trusted at his word. Rick Taylor Grimsby

We had a small sewer back up in our basement. Probably something we could’ve cleaned up ourselves, but ew! Servicemaster attended promptly, was very respectful and had the area cleaned and sanitized in no time. The sanitizer they used smelled very good, a huge improvement over the unpleasant odor of the sewage. Would not hesitate to recommend Servicemaster Hamilton.
Amazing team and very helpful. Gave me options (especially ones that fit within my budget) and didnt try to upsell on service. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that is dealing with mold in their attic.
Service master was professional, quick and efficient. They came on the scheduled date, removed the mold, and cleaned up after themselves You would never even know they were there. I would deffinatly use them again.
